BANKING & FINANCE The firm provides full assistance and support in all banking & finance matters. In particular, the firm assists domestic and foreign clients (acting either as lenders or borrowers) in all the financing arrangements connected or related to – inter alia - M&A, private equity, real estate and energy transactions, thereby producing and negotiating all the relevant documentation including facilities agreements, inter-creditor agreements and security agreements.
