FIRM OVERVIEW

We have been practicing in pre-eminent domestic and international law firms for many years. In 2005, a new partnership of lawyers was founded under the name “Basso e Associati” and in 2019 the name changed in “Basso Rollero Studio Legale Associato”. We advise national and foreign clients, with specific focus on corporate and commercial law matters.

Reciprocal confidence lies at the basis of our relationships with the clients. This is due to our approach aimed at having a deep understanding of their business and the issues connected thereto, as well as to long-term acquaintance. We consider our activity not only to be an advice on a single matter or legal representation of a client for one particular case, but a working structure based on an enduring and comprehensive professional relationship.

INTERNATIONAL BACKGROUND

Our lawyers not only have an Italian legal background, but have also received professional training and experience in one or more foreign jurisdictions.
For that reason, we can also take into account specific legal problems existing in foreign jurisdictions (in particular in the United States, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Germany, Spain, Portugal and the People’s Republic of China) as a result of personal knowledge and experience of the legal background in these countries and also as a result of previous long and frequent cooperation with foreign colleagues. Clients can therefore be sure that we can take into account legal issues or aspects resulting from the possible applicability of foreign law.
Our contacts include well reputed lawyers from first class law firms abroad. We are in a position to seek practical legal advice from appropriate resources at any time and are accustomed to working with foreign law firms. Since most of our partners speak at least one or more foreign languages fluently, we are not limited to communication in Italian or English but can also communicate in French, Portuguese and or Spanish.
